I am not sure which engagement is right for me. How do I choose?

We suggest starting with a short conversation before committing to anything. Tell us roughly where you are and what is on your mind, and we can suggest which engagement makes the most sense. Many owners begin with Pull Up a Chair and continue from there if they find it useful.

What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?

We work with small business owners across a range of sectors — retail, services, light manufacturing, food and beverage, and professional services. Our approach is not industry-specific; it is centred on the owner and the decisions they face.

Do sessions happen in person or online?

We meet in person at our Jalan Tebrau office where possible — there is something about sitting across from one another that makes the conversation more productive. For clients outside Johor Bahru, or when schedules require it, we are equally comfortable working by video call.

How soon can I expect to hear back after getting in touch?

We aim to respond within one business day. Enquiries received on Friday afternoon or over the weekend are typically addressed the following Monday morning.

Is there a payment plan available for the Mentorship Partnership?

Yes. The Mentorship Partnership fee of RM 3,400 can be split across the engagement period. We are happy to discuss a monthly arrangement when you get in touch — this is something we sort out simply and without fuss.

What happens to the information I share with you?

Everything you share is treated as confidential. We do not discuss client matters externally, and your written materials are stored securely and used only for the work we are doing together. Your trust is the foundation of everything we do.
